What is your returns policy?

The Private Collections only accepts returns for in stock furniture and lighting items and small objects. All custom-made items, special orders, opened items or items returned without all original packaging are non-returnable. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved in advance by The Private Colecctions. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. Please e-mail us at info@theprivatecollections.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning.

How do I know if you received my return?

We will, notify you, when your return arrives.

Can I get a refund or an exchange?

We work in both  ways but exchanges only applies  in Miami city.

Can I return to a store?

Yes, you can,  remember   let  us know  when are you  going to arrive to our store to make  you  the  exchange, remember that  it must be 

done  in your 7 days  after  receipt the product.

How can I pay for an order?

You can pay with you debit  or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and  Discovery.

Can I buy a gift card?

Not  yet, but we are  working  on that.

Do you have a promo code?

Yes, we have, just  stay tune because  we are going to send them via  E-mail.

Do you offer discounts for designers?

Yes, you have to subscribe  in our design trade program and  if  you  are accepted  you are going  to  have amazing discounts.

I've been overcharged for my order, what do I do?

Enter  in contact  with our customer support  tell them what  happened and  we are going to fix  that  issue.

How do I set up an account?

In our superior bar you are going to see a log in bottom, click it, then it´s going  to open a new sign up window, if you are already a member  you can log in without any issue and  if  you are a new member  you can sign up with you facebook address, gmail address or  any other  email.

How do I use guest checkout?

You, can not  do that, you  must be registered to make a checkout.

I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

Please email us to info@theprivatecollections.com and  our support  team will guide  you to solve that  issue.
